This being lost may be physically where you don't know how to get home again, or it may be lost in your life, feeling unsure of where to go to next, or how to move forward.

As I travelled back from Maui with it's sun, sand and surf, I felt an incredible sense of gratitude for all that I have in my life. Living in the moment was easy to do as I took in my last day of Paradise with my family. I did not keep notes for my blog as I decided to let let days 3 and 4 go unrecorded. As a brief summary, they were amazing. We had a beautiful last day, travelled the island to take in some different sites on our way to the airport.

Taking care of your physical health is something that has been written about in a multitude of ways so I am not going to try and rehash what the “experts” say you need to do. I want this to change. I want to take the steps I need to make sure that I am living the life I want. So I am using this blog to do just that.

I remember several years ago I had a flurry of speeding tickets. I owned a children’s clothing store which was starting to falter, I had three kids doing various activities, we were building a house, and I never seemed to have enough time to do anything. I always seemed to be rushing from hither to yon and within a three week period of time, I received two speeding tickets and a warning. I failed to mention that at this time, I was also doing a lot of soul searching on how I was living my life as I WAS NOT HAPPY.
